01- FAQ

What is an infrared sauna?
Infrared saunas heat your body directly rather than heating the air, so you get a deep, comfortable heat at a lower temperature (around 120–150°F). You sweat deeply without the harsh, heavy air of a traditional sauna.

What is a cold plunge?
A tub of chilled, filtered water (around 39–50°F) for short full-body immersion. It's used to support recovery, circulation, and mental resilience.

How long is a session?
Infrared sauna runs about 20–30 minutes. Cold plunges are much shorter — usually 1–5 minutes per immersion. Many members alternate between the two.

Do I need experience to cold plunge?
No. Our staff walks you through breathing and entry for your first visit. Start short and build over time.

Is this safe for everyone?
Most healthy adults can safely use infrared sauna and cold plunge. If you're pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, or other medical concerns, consult a doctor first. We post contraindications and require a waiver for all new guests.

What should I wear?
Swimwear is recommended for both the sauna and the plunge.

Can I do both in one visit?
Yes — most guests use the contrast format, alternating infrared heat and cold plunge in a single session.

Do you offer memberships?
Yes! We offer a monthly membership for $69.99/month, giving you access to exclusive member pricing and benefits. If you'd rather visit occasionally, we also offer drop-in sessions for $29.99.

Do I need to book in advance?
Sessions are scheduled by appointment so we can manage capacity and sanitize between uses. Booking ahead guarantees your spot.

How often should I come?
Most guests visit 2–3 times a week for ongoing recovery and wellness — though even occasional sessions help.
